Who can report abuse?

The affected organisation’s:

  • employees (e.g. employee, civil servant, public employee, government official, etc.);
  • former employees;
  • prospective employees who have already started the process of becoming an employee;
  • self-employed sole traders and sole proprietorships currently under contract;
  • current and former subcontractors and suppliers, furthermore, persons working under their supervision and direction;
  • owners and members of its administrative, management and supervisory bodies;
  • trainees and volunteers.
What can be reported?
  • Information can be reported about an unlawful or suspected unlawful act or
  • omission or
  • other abuse.
How can the report be made?
  • In writing, using the form below, or
  • verbally on the following telephone number, or
  • in person at the following contact details.
What personal data do you need to provide?
  • Name
  • E-mail address
  • You may also choose to remain anonymous during the procedure.
Will the report be confirmed?

Yes, within seven days of receipt of a written report made through the internal whistleblowing system, the operator of the internal whistleblowing system will send an acknowledgement of the report to the whistleblower, providing the whistleblower with general information on the procedural and data management rules under the Act.

What is the deadline for investigating a report?
  • Maximum 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the report.
  • The deadline may be extended in particularly justified cases, in which case it may not be longer than 3 (three) months.
How can I be informed about the investigation of a report?
  • Information is provided in writing on the investigation of the report or its non-examination and the reasons for the non-examination, the outcome of the investigation of the report, and the measures taken or planned.
  • Written information is not required if the whistleblower has been informed verbally by the operator of the internal whistleblowing system and the whistleblower has taken note of the information.
